I'm going to be working at the IMCU. I also recently turned down an interview for the GWUH neuro/ortho unit. I was told that two open spots just opened up a couple of days ago. I was initially called for an interview at the ICU but a day later the recruiter told me that they found out the position was already filled. I guess they felt sorry getting me an interview for a position that was already filled so they called me immediately after they found another position opening.

Hey new grads, I will be starting my career as a new grad at Inova Alexandria Hospital in August. I was wondering if you guys could share the percentage of taxes (state, federal), fees, etc. get taken out of your paycheck. Hi everyone, I'm in nursing school right now and i have an assignment that requires me to interview an RN (1 or more) with experience. Unfortunately, i do not know a nurse that i can speak to. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to answer six (hopefully easy) questions about themselves for my assignment.

Does that mean that aren't accepting anymore students?

I would probably just wait it out for another week. Everyone who was originally accepted on the 5th or 6th have two weeks to send in a deposit check. They will probably send more acceptance letters after that.

Thank you. A 27% scholarship isn't too bad of a consolation prize. I'll probably end up sending in my deposit so that i have more time to think about it.
