hi i am a fresh grad RN. Years ago, my aunt,(my mother's 1st cousin) working as a nurse in illinois (she's a us citizen) convinced me to take up nursing, innocent of the nursing world, i did what she said.. thanks to her i'm a registered nurse now. but due to the current trend in nursing nowadays, i don't know where to begin my career.i opted to work in a non nursing institute. i would like to ask if what is the fastest thing i could do so that i could work there in illinois with her since i think there is no way that she can request me there. please help me since i am very innocent with this matter. thankyou!

There is no quick way to the US anymore. You are looking at a 6 plus yer wait at the moment.
sad to know that. but., after taking the board exam, i felt lost..my aunt even said that i must work here first. what are the things that i must do or process so that i could go there?

Go to the Ill Bon, apply to take the nclex. As Silver dragon said you must meet the immigration requirements which is 6 years.
Immigration requires a employer and that may be hard, time only starts once you have employer and they file for immigrant visa for you
