I am doing some research and trying to find a few articles (not on medical errors in general) but the actual stories of nursing mistakes/medical malpractice. The stories behind the mistake? Does anyone know where I might find some?

What search terms are you using? A Google search using "nursing malpractice examples" returns plenty of results. Some settlements do include nondisclosure agreements, so it could be that stories publicly available won't have all of the details. You could try case studies that may be available either in CE articles or directly from companies (an advertising method to sell their product?).

Thanks, I was getting more physician/hospital errors rather than nursing specific medical malpractice.

Search "biggest errors" or "medication errors" or "med errors" on AN and I know you'll find some. I wrote one.
