What are the nations best ranked hospitals?

What are the nations best teaching hospitals?

What are the nations best hospitals for accepting international applicants?

BTW, national for the USA.

Try doing a search on each of your questions. Opinions vary. I don't believe there ARE any "National Hospitals" here in the US unless you're talking about the VA hospitals.

Moving to another country and signing a contract is a big undertaking.

Also have you ever been to the UK? If not perhaps a visit first to see how you like it.I love it in the summer. I'm not at all fond of the winter there mainly due to the very short days. I NEED my sunshine!
