Does anyone have any information on tuition reimbursement programs? FYI I'm in NJ.

Tuition reimbursement is when your employer reimburses you for education costs (tuition/ books sometimes) AFTER you have completed a course. Sometimes grades are tied to the amount reimbursed. You have to work for the facility before and during the time you take the course for tuition reimbursement to be available- and each facility will have its own rules.

Tuition forgiveness programs have gone the way of the dodo. Used to be, students made a commitment to work AFTER funding was awarded as a means of paying off the indebtedness. As I said- those programs are scarce nowadays. Very scarce.

Your post and your title are about two different topics.

Lots of hospitals are nonprofit, work for one for 10 years while making on-time payments that whole 10 years. That one is still around.

There are definitely loan forgiveness programs available. I will message you with the details. Love your name. Definitely need some cheer in here! ;)

Agreed- but that's not really tuition forgiveness as you don't get those ten years of payments back.
