Nursing Students Pre-Nursing
Published May 22, 2021
Hey everyone!
I don't see a thread for the Spring 2022 InEmory application, so figured I'd start one. I just submitted my application last week.
How is the application going for everyone else?

The wait is killing me. Fingers crossed everyone!! Congrats to those who have been accepted already!
Does anyone want to share what they're most excited about with Emory? Or what background you're coming from? I know with this program we're all second degree students!

I'm so impatient. I want to know NOW LOL. I wonder if they're reviewing them as they come in. It's making me nervous...
The Nursing Learning Center looks really cool, so excited to possibly live in there LOL. I've worked in biology labs for some years up until last year.

I’m originally from GA. My undergrad was in psych and I’m almost done completing my Masters in Social Work. I am a recent veteran with a background in healthcare ( my “job” was medical in the Navy).

Cool, nice to meet you! Also from GA, undergrad in Religion. Have worked at a non-profit involved in the homeless community and at a church over the past few years!

Nice to meet you as well! Where’d you go for undergrad if you don’t mind me asking? I’m actually pretty new to the Atlanta area, I’m from a small country town more south LOL. I’m actually not too far from Emory now, about 6 miles away.
Sure! I went to Georgia State for undergrad, graduated in 2013.
