Indiana State University Online LVN to RN program

I wanted some information on this online school. I have been following this place for awhile and wanted to know if anyone is currently attending, has attended, or will be attending this online school. Thank You

I been reading the thread and couldn't find anyone who challenged the first phase of the requirements. I read that I can challenged the first phase by taking the CLEP, DSST and Excelsior College exams.

Anyone who have any idea on this part ?

Before you sign anything, make sure the school/program you are interested in will accept CLEP'ed courses. Some will, some will not. Also, talk to a program counselor with the school to get info. Sadly, some counselors are paid on a percentage based on how much money or how many people they bring into the program. State or community colleges can provide you with definitive info about their course. If you are seeking info about the DL program for ISU, go to the nursing website and bring up the info, call the 800# and ask questions. Remember, there are two separate programs--one for California and one for the rest of the country. Keep that in mind when you ask questions.

I will call them to make sure. I been back and forth with this idea on distance learning with ISU. Positive posts from you guys about ISU keeps me hang on to making this decision. I will keep reading posts and as I finish my pre-requisites, maybe you guys will be done already.

you need to talk to a lpn to bsn nursing admission counselor at isu about what transfer courses they will or will not accept. that is the only definitive information you can build upon.

ladyinscrubs... did u start your mental health class this semester? i was wondering if u were taking another non-clinical coorifice with it too? were u able to find a clinical site??
