Indiana state university LPN to BSN program

i received a phamplet from the college network about lpn to bsn program. i think this program is through indiana state university's long distance program. is any of you doing the indiana state's lpn to bsn program? this program sounds tempting becuase we dont have to attend classes, and clinicals are done with a preceptor but no clinial testing like the ones that are required with excelsior college. but is this program credible? do you think this program is worth going through? i wonder how clinicals are done with preceptor.

I have always thought you needed clinical experience.

somebody from the college network called me about this program and made an appt. to come give me the information about it. i was thinking of calling indiana state themselves to ask them some questions because i can't find anyone who has info on this program.
