Indiana State LPN to BSN

Published

I have a question. I am a LPN in the State of Ohio. I have checked into Indiana State University Lpn to BSN online program. I check with Indiana and Ohio Boards of Nursing so I know I can sit for License exams. My question is has anyone done this program and what is it like as far as school work and how do you take tests. Where all credits from previous colleges accepted by Indiana State. Where did you have to go to take the Kaplan nursing entrance test and how bad was it? Sorry I am a little nervous about all of this.

Thank you

Hello everyone, I started the LPN to RN Transition Program at Clark State Community College, What a huge mistake this has been. This is one of the worst Nursing programs in Ohio. One instructor has informed our class that not everyone is going to make it through the program and that the bottom line is Clark State Community College is up for their accreditation renewal and this is what they are looking for is students that can take and pass their state boards on the first try. They are a bunch of RN's who could not handle working in the Hospital or Long term Care facilities so they decide they want to teach? What a joke. With that being said is there any Nurses on here that can tell me about the LPN to RN program at Rio Grande Nursing in Rio Grande Ohio, looking at the LPN to RN Hybrid.

If there is anyone here considering Clark State, for goodness sake Look somewhere else, save your money and time.
