Incompatible IV Meds

Hi. If you have more than 1 INCOMPATIBLE IV meds to be administered at the same time, would you just run them n 3 different pumps or just wait until each one finishes, then run the other?

If you speed up your infusions to 999 then there is less time for them to react in the line after the Y ?

I think I would start another line. Preferably on the opposite arm. Or is this not a option?
