Don't you just hate when ur relief nurse is 20 minutes late, then shows up with tacos and Starbucks!? Three shifts in a row!

I would have a problem with that. Traffic, unexpected emergencies, etc I can understand. But, please, allow yourself enough time to gather your refreshments before work.
I would talk to this individual about respecting your time. I am sure your manager can see that they are late this often and will be chatting them up anyway.

Claim over time and cite that your relief was late WITH the aforementioned goodies in hand. You won't have to have that discussion with the relief nurse. People like that need to hear it from management that what they're doing is not acceptable.

Yes you do it to me one time OK.... but to it again I'm taking overtime. I tell them so that they know I'm taking the 20 minutes and they have to subtract it from their time card. Then i call the agency to say I had to but 20 minutes extra on my time card because miss so and so was late. Then let them do the talking to with her. That's their job not mine.

That would drive me insane. I'm always ridiculously early.
