one of my co-workers had reduction, she said it was quite painful, but the results are now from an H cup to DD's. She said her back & neck hurt all the time. She is much more pleased & can now see her feet!:)

H? Wow! That's, they, well, sheesh!

yup, H! I asked her where she bought her bras, & she said thru a catalog, 5 at a time...I 'd cut them off too if I was that endowed! musta hurt!

Oh my gosh those photos are just awful . . .

A friend of mine had hers done a couple of years ago, they look very natural and she loves them. Technology has come a long way from when they first started doing this, but with any surgery there are risks. I think this is a very pesonal choice for a person and if you feel that strongly about getting it done, then do it. I would just say research it well and get recommendations for the best plastic surgeon in your area.

After having two kids and blessed with a large chest, I joke about needing a lift before much longer:roll :D

I wish mine were up where they belong too. But it would be too scary for me.

Plus the money . . . we need so many other things I just couldn't justify it.

Each person gets to make their own decision though . . ain't life in America grand? :D

my friend's insurance paid because of the changes on her neck x-ray. It became medical necessity (sp?)...I feel for her, ouch!

I'm 25 and had mine done last dec. Went from a 34A to a 36B/34C. They look natural and I didn't suffer any complications from it, but if you're serious about doing it, do thorough research and find a good surgeon! Ask a lot of questions! How many implants has he performed? Over 1,000? Great! Look at before and after photos. Pay a reasonable amt for an experience surgeon rather than cheap for an inexperienced. It'll make a world of a difference. Cost: about $5,000. I would also recommend under the muscle for a more natural appearance and less future complications and an under the breast incision as it reduces the risk for nerve damage, problems w/ reading mammograms, breast feeding, etc. The first week post-op you will feel (explective deleted) and depressed and regret doing it, but be patient and know that it's a common reaction. The results get better and better w/ time!

I know some people who had it done and loved it, and I know some who regretted it. There are short term and long term risks, so I guess one would need to measure how important cleavage is to one's self-esteem. Personally, I would find another way to boost mine, if it were me...I wouldn't want to take that kind of chance.

Try this website http://www.implantinfo.com It has lots of personal experience stories. You can also try http://www.breastimplant411.com if you want to see before and after pictures or if you need help finding a surgeon. If you want implants, I say go for it.
