It depends on you. What kind of 60 year old are you?
Are you the go-getter, take charger, energetic, advocating problem solver? Then yes of course. Come join the dance.
Ageism is rampant and some in these responses and it's very pervasive in hospitals

your health and welfare( income) are important factors as retirement or the dream of retirement is considered
the sad thing is nurses must work over 30 years for a pension
I. encourage your education just be aware of discrimination and yes you need to consider all the points of advice
