I'm the same way , but I'm willing to just do it . I'm sick of letting my nerves get the best of me . I haven't been to school for years ! But I really want to become a Lvn/LPN . I know I don't know you , but I know you can do it . Over time I am more than sure it will become easy after some time. Remember we are in control of our fears , being shy etc.... It's apart of us , but it's nothing we can't handle . I wish you the best in whatever you do . Just believe in yourself . If me , a total stranger believes in you !!!! You believe in you too!!!!!

I'm very shy and tend to have social anxiety. Once I get over the initial introduction, I just fall into a rhythm Nd go with it. You can do it!

You truly get used to it. Also, once you get through school, perhaps you will stay in home health or another one to one type of nursing. There are so many options out there. If you like nursing, go for it!

You can do it!:) Going to school helped with my public speaking to clients because I too was very shy. Also working part time in the community as a PSW helped with my confidence and public speaking. As an LPN your options of where to work are endless:) Go for it!
