I'm not going to class today

Published

I have senioritis. Seriously, I could not be any less interested in school. I should be excited... I'm filling out graduation apps, and finally learning about the critical care stuff that I *love*... but I'm so tired of driving 3 hours round trip to go to what is supposed to be a 2 hour lecture which is condensed into 45 minutes and consists of an instructor reading aloud off a power point...

Dood, I can read.

So I thought I'd be more productive if I stayed home, cleaned up/did some laundry, and actually studied from the book instead of listening to the chickenheads.

You're welcome, sistah mel. :D

Soooo...... back to the topic. What did you get done today Reb?

Uh, let's see. Laundry. Some housecleaning. I'm teaching myself some dysrhythmias.

Then I went to work and slid my way home in 4 inches of snow. How come every time it snows I'm at work?

Reb, I can relate to sitting in lecture while the instructor reads from the power point.. boring.

glad you took some time off !

I feel your pain Reb. We have to learn telemetry this semester, and I am SO glad I took this job on the Tele floor. The nurses that monitor them have taught me SO much!

I also would like to skip class, but it's not possible. If one doesn't have an in-class assignment (that b*tch should be shot), the other has a quiz. GRRR...I think they plan that.
