How can I tell 100% for sure what products will cause positive etg. I want a list of what to avoid.

I was pretty freaked out about incidental exposure too. Here's something that helped me: http://www.talbottcampus.com/pdf/MedGuide.pdf, and also a lot of search threads here on AN that discuss this topic as well here: https://allnurses.com/gsearch.php?cx=partner-pub-9350112648257122%3Avaz70l-mgo9&cof=FORID%3A10&ie=UTF-8&q=avoiding+incidental+alcohol+exposure
Ultimately, I had to learn how to balance all of this with discretion at what I consumed with reality. I decided that I'd change a lot of the products I used daily, such as mouthwash, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, hairspray, etc, which I did; I also became a lot more careful about what I ate. I don't smoke, but if I did no vaping and obviously no MJ use. I don't use anything with hemp oil or the like, or poppy seeds.
Finally, I found myself relaxing a bit and not feeling like I had to, in the words of a frequent poster here, "hide out with water and a box of Saltines" Thank you for that hppygr8ful. I am careful. I read labels and perform my due diligence. But I don't hide. I do the best I can to LIVE.
I'm very paranoid now. But also I got lazy with being careful . now I want to not risk it.

I got to the point where I just knew intuitively what to avoid. My monitoring program did not give me any lists of substances to stay away from. I avoided hand sanitizer, hairspray, poppy seeds et al. You will be ok honey...all we can do is move forward... (((((hugs)))))
