U.S.A. Illinois

Well we are trying to seal the deal on coming back to Chicagoland. I plan on going back to work PRN or part time, and the IDEAL hospital would be one that offers on site child care. Cost isn't an issue (well it is, but you kwim) so i'm curious if anyone knows of any hospitals that offer child care for the employees? pros/cons....likes/dislikes......any input??? :p

Hi Dawn

Res in Chicago has on-site childcare; 6 month wait list w/ more openings in september when everyone 'graduates' from present class.

When you send your resume that's a great screening question.

Welcome home!

Yep, the guy who went gray haired and insane trying to sell the house to my husband. I'll PM you tomorrow and give you his name, although he's based north of Chicago (O'Hare area, where we currently duck the outgoing airplaines :chuckle ) but perhaps he'll have some ideas.

Always good to hear from you!

LOL! Thanks, any direction is good direction right? lol

You'd think there would have been more responses to this! I think onsite daycare would be SUCH a benefit to many employees. Too bad a lot hospitals don't offer it. :(
