Actually that is not a good idea as each file is reviewed individually and without a completed one, your results will not be posted. Average wait time is a full ten days and it can take up to a month or so for some.
There is no way to even figure when you will get your results, also depends on where your file is in the pile that is on a desk that needs to be reviewed before a license number is issued.
So what happens to another, really is not a predictor as to how fact that you will see your results.
Best of luck to you.
This is what I am trying to explain to you, CA is the largest state in the US and there is only one office that handles all of the applications for licensure.
When the results arrive from Pearson-Vue, they are manually placed in your file, then your file is sent to a human to go over and make sure that it is complete. Only at that time is a license number issued, and a license posted on their website. Average wait time is ten days, and it also depends on when your school sent in your transcripts. They will not issue a license without those being there and they do not always get sent out when you think that they are.
You will see some getting their results in three to four days if they tested on a Friday, but the majority is still ten days and can be up to a month.
Best of luck to you. And please do not decide that you did not pass if you do not see your results in a few days, some files take longer than others.

Thanks suzanne for explaining that :)
We have seen people get quite distraught because so and so got their results and I do not have mine. Just makes it easier on everyone not to keep such close track of this.
Each file is on its own and what was done with another has no bearing on any other application/file.
Thanks for your understanding on this and why I beleive as I do.
Guess you can chalk it up to many hours spent on this forum and seeing the stress that some go thru and for no reason.
Best of luck to you on your results.

If you are from CA and took the NCLEX-RN on Friday, July 18, 2008 - please post here the moment you find out that your name is on the rn.ca.gov website for your license.
It would give those of us who took it the same day in CA something to gauge ourselves to, so we are not waiting in the dark not knowing... Thanks in advance!
