  1. this gives me a glimmer of hope! i feel like the exam you are describing was earily similar, except NONE of the drugs i received were ones I'd ever heard of and the one drug i did know, Nuepogen, didn't have the answer I was expecting! i know what you're talking about with expecting the ?'s to get harder based on kaplan as well... i shut off at 137 and those last 37 i felt like were all the same format.
  2. took mine sat, 8 am in san fran. everyone i've talked to has found out within 4 business days, if not 3... since we took ours on a weekend im not sure...
  3. How long do you wait to find out if you failed in CA? All of the people I've talked to that have passed have known b/c they search "Permanent License Verification" on www.rn.ca.gov. The results have shown up within 4 business days. However, no one knows how long, (and how you are notified,) of failing the NCLEX...
  4. i just moved to ca and just took my test this past sat, 7/19. i know exactly what you're going through! i have to quit if i failed. everyone that i've talked to has found out within 4-5 business days. a coworker took hers fri and knew by thurs morning. i'm hoping to know by thurs or fri. i haven't talked to anyone that has failed though, so i don't know what happens or how long it takes to get something in the mail.
  5. I just took my NCLEX RN Sat morning in San Fran. I was already nervous considering I graduated from a school out of state and didn't take Kaplan. However, I did use someone's online Kaplan resources and was averaging above 60% before I took the test. I WAS SOOO CONFIDENT going in and sure it would shut off at 75. So when I passed 100 ?'s I was starting to feel a little down. My test shut off at 137 and I can honestly say I do not feel good about those last 37 questions. I got about 10-11 select all that apply, 2 drug calcs and 1 where I had to put them in order. Someone told me that if you get your last ? right, most likely you passed. HELP! I need some reassurance that I passed... I mean I'm really freaking out!
