The only thing that matters is hard work and patient care. Period, end of story, get out of my office if you're belittling your co-workers!

I agree with the other posters .... your manager sounds like a person with some good experience in dealing with people. But isn't a shame that she has to go to the point of having the nurses sign agreements that they won't gossip or talk behind each other's backs. Whatever happen to professional behavior and being a grown-up. Sometimes I feel bad for managers having to deal with all this crap. But thankfully there are managers that can make it better. :uhoh3:
