Good Luck on your exam. Stop and take deep breaths if you are getting really anxious. This is what I do to calm myself down when my anxiety starts to rise in an exam. My microbiology prof would say this to us before each exam. Relax, you know more than you think you know. I say that to myself all the time. The information is in there!
I believe in positive thinking and visualization but only on a personal level but I still wanted to wish you the best of luck on your exam. Trust in yourself!
I believe prayer works better than positive thinking!
Hi Horsebytes, for me, I liken it to, James 2:14-26
"Faith without works is dead"
I have the faith, I’ve done the work, and then I asked for the support I needed. And I believe my success was due to the synergy of all three elements working together.

When time permits, I will start a, 'what I know now, that I wish I had known prior to starting the nursing program' thread. After starting the program, I developed test anxiety, which is something brand new and very unfamiliar to me. And all the preparation that I put into being prepared, paled by comparison to the overwhelming stress and chaotic pace of the actual program.
But the video below, really helped me calm down and if you believe in the power of positive thinking and visualization, then it may help you too. In the meantime, I had a big test tomorrow from approximately 9:15am- 10:15am EDT and I would really appreciate all the visualization I can get. Please help by reviewing the link and then tomorrow please visualize, Authors, Kozier, Erb and Berman whispering the answers in my ear and my grandmother and father smiling at me when I get my test results back.
(this is only make sense if you view the video below)
Thank you
