IELTS passed, CGFNS exam took in July 12th, GC holder

I passed IELTS exam and I took CGFNS exam in July 12th. I'm also GC holder and I want to apply for NCLEX exam ASAP.

May I ask to CGFNS to send my transcripts and IELTS results to California Board of Nursing?

If I'll pass CGFNS exam I would have work permision as RN?

If it is in black and white then they should accept it but they are the best ones to contact and confirm
