I think sometimes people read too much into the questions. Don't get bogged down in the minute details. Think about the big picture aspects of the question. Also, read the questions at the end of your chapters in the book, and get an N-CLEX type study guide. I like Saunders. It will show you what the questions can look like and get you thinking in that direction, plus give you rationales for why the other answers were not as pertinent as the correct one. It's all just trying to make you think like a nurse. Good luck!

I need help in identifying the question im being asked better, I just scored a 76 on a test where the girls I taught most of this material on this test scored high 90's I know that I am haviong aproblem indentifying and reading the question properly can anyone help me with this?
