Ideas for FL nurses in IPN

Published

Hey everyone, I need some ideas about where to apply. I've read about dialysis being a great alternative. My contract has no narc. rest. so that's a plus. I'm willing to relocate if necessary. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Sell yourself for any and all RN positions you find, like and qualify for. Just because your in IPN don't let that stop you. Don't put on any application that your in IPN. Wait until your interview to show them your contract.

Just never forget to sell yourself. Don't let your past hold you back.

What SouthernPoint said. Apply everywhere, don't be surprised by rejection when you reveal that you're in IPN, but don't let being in IPN stop you from applying, either. That said, the no key restriction is a big help for you. My observations are that I see more nurses getting jobs in smaller outfits: outpatient surgery and endo places, home health, and I knew some nurses who were doing chart reviews. That and the dialysis centers. Best of luck to you!

HCA facilities accept nurses in IPN. Kindred does not, nor any BayCare. (I know because I just applied to both places and IPN is why they denied me employment). Good luck :)
