ICU Uniform

Hello! I am an ICU Director and I was wondering what everyone does regarding your uniform policy in the ICU. Does your hospital purchase and launder your scrubs or is the employee responsible.

In every ICU I've worked in the nurses wear their own scrubs or scrub equivalent. There are times where we need to change into hospital-provided scrubs for actual scrubbed-in areas, such as cath lab or the OR, but we don't routinely wear OR scrubs.
