I got an offer for ICU in california , i was offer $29 ( night shift so i am assume there is no differential) with a 2-year contract. I am really nervous to get into contract since the pay is to low. what you guys think? Also i am New grad with no experience.
I got an offer for Telemetry position which I think I am going to take. I haven't heard from ED position yet.
Contact the ED manager or nurse recruiter today and let them know you have another offer on the table. Inform them you will need their offer letter today or tomorrow the latest if they want to move forward with you. Remind them how much of a good fit you will be.

Yes I just got in contact with HR and they offered me the job for $29 an hour with an increase of $1 every three months for the first year plus $3 differential for night shift. So I had to resend the offer. I think I'm just going to take the Telemetry position which pays way more than what they are offering me 4 emergency department positions.
