ICU difficulty

Is it difficult to get a job in the ICU/ER with an ADN? I plan on finishing the ADN and work simultaneously in ICU while earning a BSN. Is it any more difficult to find a job in ICU for ADN than BSN?

ADN should be no problem. Many hospitals have a one year experience thingy before you can work in an ICU but others have preceptorship programs for new RN grads (regardless of degree). Good luck!!
