ICU Covid Labs need cheat sheet help

Can an ICU nurse chime in and help me with evaluating markers of covid prognosis? I need a "cheat sheet" to know what are the upper limits associated with increased mortality to keep in my head.  

  1. Lactate Dehydrogenase
  2. Procalcitonin
  3. CRP
  4. Ferritin
  5. Albumin
  6. D Dimer
  7. Anything you want to add?
