should I withdraw with a w or shooting for a higher score and aim B

Hi,

Hi Everyone, I just start taking the pre-req in local CC this year.

And I came from a different background with an engineer degree.

I want to apply for ABSN program and hoping that I can get accept in to the CA nursing program.

But what happen to my first anatomy practical exam(only D sixty something) and lecture (not knowing yet) I still have both 4 practical and 4 lecture exam left. But I couldn't think of a way that I could lock a A for this class unless I got a for everyone of them.

Is a w notation acceptable for pre-request class when I apply ? I really want to doing great is just because I take a 5 unit bio and another class to start my first semester which is harder than I thought.

Really need an advice. Thank you so much.

In general, W grades are to be avoided. But different schools have different policies and different nursing programs may have different policies too. You need to speak to the nursing advisors at each nursing program you are interested in to see where you will stand with even one W on your transcript.
