Hey AN family. Before I started WGU, I was really hesitant about taking courses online. I am the type of student that felt the need to be physically present in the class, but that has all changed since starting. I am grateful to have taken the plunge and started. I don't regret it one bit and honestly did not know I would enjoy it this much. I have always been an independent person, so I think that helped.
I am still in my first term for the BSN and can't wait to finally possess a Bachelors degree. I wanted to know how different is getting the MSN from the BSN. Can you say that the experience is similar and the courses are as well? I want to be realistic. I am still a new nurse and getting my BSN is a huge accomplishment. Eventually, I would like to get my MSN in leadership and management after getting one year of RN experience under my belt.
However, I am afraid of biting into more than I can chew. I know for sure I need that break after my BSN to just relax for a bit. So, any thoughts? Is it ten times the work? I am assuming more papers to write. What else? Thanks guys!

If you did well with the BSN, you will definitely be able to complete an MSN with them! The hardest part is the capstone- i recommend peeking at the requirements well before you start the course, and starting to slog your way through the process (try to narrow down your topic, identify subjects, figure out what IRB requirements you will have to meet, etc.)
