Look upon it as another nursing test. Go in with the attitude that you are going to see what it is like. The computer won't swallow you alive and the people who work at Pearson are really very nice! If you don't pass, so what? You register and take it again, that's what! Then it won't be so scary because you will then know what the experience is like. But if you pass, well great! You won't have to worry about it again! So go take it, to see what it is like. Good luck.
Something that helped me.. this may sound silly but my boyfriend told me to think of it like this..... Its just a STUPID test! When I sat down in that chair thats the first thing I told myself :) "this is just a stupid test".
Of course in the back of my mind I was thinking.."Ya just a stupid test that determines the rest of my life!!!" but still, it did seem to calm my nerves a little. Good luck. Like somebody said, nobody is 100% prepared going in.. but go in with confidence in what you know. Dont second guess your answers, and go knock that test out of the park!

AWESOME advice! That is the SAME thing I said to my best friend that took the NCLEX this afternoon. She was freaking out! It's not the end of the world-- you can take it again! Hope she gives me the same advice when it's my turn to take the NCLEX early Monday morning!

I've been doing questions from nclex 3000 cd and finished exam cram cd as well. Everytime I take the tests on exam cram cd, I get above average but I still don't have the confidence to take the exam. I'm very scarred.
