If you haven't received your Authorization to Test (ATT) for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX0 despite being registered and acknowledged since May 3, 2024, you should take the following steps:

Check Email and Spam/Junk Folder. Ensure you haven't missed an email from Pearson VUE or your nursing regulatory body. Sometimes, important emails can end up in the spam/junk folder.

Verify Application Status. Log in to your account on the Pearson VUE website or your nursing regulatory body's website to check your application's status.

Contact Nursing Regulatory Body. Contact your state board of nursing or the regulatory body responsible for processing your application. They can provide information on any potential issues or delays.

Contact Pearson VUE. Contact Pearson VUE directly if everything seems in order with your regulatory body. They can assist you with issues related to your ATT.

Review Requirements. Double-check that you have met all the requirements for receiving your ATT. This includes ensuring that all necessary documentation has been submitted and any fees have been paid.

Here are the contact details you may need:

Pearson VUE NCLEX Candidate Services:
