Can someone help me understand why vomiting blood can contribute to having more nausea. I thought it would be because of the metalic taste of it but my teacher says that is the wrong answer. I am looking in my book and have done internet searchs and cannot find anything. Can someone direct me in the right direction please. Thanks so much.
