I should probably know this but...

Hey guys,

So lately I have been working more than my usual hours and I work nights. I have been a little sleep deprived as well. I have noticed the last 2 days I start feeling a bit light headed at times and when I check my pulse its high 50's to low 60's. Could just being tired be causing the symptoms? I slept for about 4 hours yesterday and had to rush off to an interview and it happened then as well..and again now at 5am...just wondering if I should be concerned.

The internet is not a good place to ask for advice about this sort of thing, but I could make something up if you'd like.
