I passed on my 3rd try after running out of time.

I took the NCLEX twice before and only using Hurst Review, Kaplan, Nclex 3500 and Saunders for questions I did not pass and I felt like quitting. It was very depressing and hard to get back up the 3rd time but I HAD TO, SO I DID, I got 4 sections that were near the passing standard and 4 sections that were above passing standards on both times which proved that I was great at the med/surgy stuff but not so much on application. Then after reading the NCSBN statistics on test takers and repeat test takers I started formulating a plan and realized that Ihas to prepare differently cause I'd get THE SAME RESULTS #FAILURE. So after searching the internet I've found this GREAT and I do mean great company called BRILLIANT NURSE they have everything you need to prepare for the exam, from strategy workshops, to content review, to workshops that are titled just like the sections in the NCLEX-RN and PN, so you get to identify the types of questions and apply a strategy to get the question correct and most importantly IT WONT DRY YOUR POCKETS. Brilliant Nurse Rocks. The great thing about them is that you can choose the workshop tailored to your needs. So if you need help in answering management questions you do that workshop and get this, you can log into your Brilliant nurse account and re-watch the live workshops as they record the live workshops and post them after.........So this third time I ran out of time and only got to do 179 questions. I started crying, thinking I failed so I came out and got the good pop up and started dancing cause I knew I passed. I'd say the good pop up is 100% accurate cause the both times i took it I got the cc page......happy testing yall Dolly Carter RN

how does it work...never heard of the site but i'll give it a shot.....i'm sick of paying $200 plus when the exam itself is $200 alone.

Dolly101RN I am listening to Hurst videos online..I also got online kaplan reusing it I would like to use the brilliant nurse workshop which one you used and when did you use it there's a workshop available for one week for strategy? Thanks and Congrats on passing!

I was debating using Hurst online...but this might a another option...do you like it soo far?

I am using my friend Hurst videos I like it so far... this is my second time using it. I failed the board a week ago.. I feel i am weak in strategy more than contents.. but my plan to listen to Hurst videos one time and filling the online sheets since I got free access..

Sounds great just practice the strategy learnt from brilliantnurse.com with the questions you are doing and you'll be fine

I had the same situation as you. I ran out of time too. But then I got the good pop up and passed my nclex on my first try.
