I have finally taking and passed my first Excelsior exam. I have visited this site for 2 years,and finally took the plunge. I am so happy. Thanks for all the informative posts. On to Reproductive

plus those nclex questions in the cd is awesome! i highly recommend the saunders nclex-rn comprehensive review.

Health Safety is the easiest of all 8 exams. Transitions is the toughest because it deal more with the political aspect of nursing.

Personally, I thought Health Safety was more difficult than Transitions, especially because I was taking it as a non-nurse. I thought Transitions was super-dry, but easy. According to EC's technical handbook, there are far more people percentage-wise who fail Health Safety compared to Transitions. A lot of people underestimate that first exam! :)
But I agree that the first test is the hardest, no matter which exam you do first! I took A&P first ... ugh.
I agree Halth safety was hard. I'm studying for Chronicity now and the material doesn't seem that hard.
