Yay! Congrats!!! I finish my CNA class next Tuesday. :yeah:Good luck on the state exam! I won't be able to take mine until Dec. 16th but I'm so ready for it!

Congrats to you!!! I finished mine about 3 weeks ago - still waiting to hear when mystate test is. Have been applying to jobs but havent heard anything yet. I wish I would get to take the state test soon before I forget everything!!!!!!!

Ladic.....you're in MA right? Our teacher told us it takes about 26 days to hear back once the Red Cross receives your info. So far no one from my class has heard anything. Where are you testing? I am going to the Lowell branch (if I ever hear anything!)

Yea im in MA. 26 days eh?? Well I will be patiently waiting! I gonna be going to the Lowell Branch as well. I have a feeling that they are one of the more busy branches.

Hi Ladi,

How did you do on your certification test? I am finally taking mine tomorrow! I had to re-schedule because my "actor" couldn't make it and I am nervous because it has been 2 months since my class ended and I am afraid I have forgotten all of the skills. I am trying to cram everything into my memory now. I have been applying for jobs mostly in hospitals but havent heard anything so after the holidays I am going to start applying to nursing homes. Did you find something?

I passed both the written & skills and I am now CERTIFIED!!! It was much easier than I thought it would be but I just got so nervous with the instuctor right there in the room. But its over and done with and now to find a JOB!

Congratulations Sawyer!!!! Well I had my test scheduled for December 14th and I ended up going all the way down there only to find out that the test was canceled. The test administrator slipped and fell on the ice. So that sucked and I still havent gotten a new test date so I'm pretty annoyed!! But congrats to you again!
