Hey everyone,
I just found out I passed! Woo hoo! :balloons:
My test stopped at 75 questions and as soon as I got to my car I started crying. I was SO sure I had failed. I made not only myself but my fiance miserable for the past 72 hours.
My advice, for what it is worth, is please have confidence in yourself and believe that you will pass! If your test sopped at 75, chances are VERY GOOD that you passed. Try to stay positive while you wait for your results, and don't be like me... a big cry-baby! lol!
Best of luck to future test takers and those still waiting for results! Stay strong!

Dream2nurse,
Cudos to you! I am soooooo very happy to you. Everyone that I know said they felt like the surely failed after taking the test. In my class, so far we have 100% passing rate, some cut off at 75 and others took the entire test. Your words are ringing ture! Wish me luck, tomorrow is my day to head for my date with Mr. NCLEX.
Again, I am so happy for you!!:balloons::balloons::balloons:

I understand why you felt like you failed, I just read all the details on the NCLEX web site about adaptive testing and now I understand it. They take the questions to the difficulty point where you start getting them wrong and then keep you right at that point where you are getting slightly more right than wrong. We are not used to that in a test (if we were good students and passed -- which we have to be, or we wouldn't be taking the NCLEX!). So I am prepared to feel bad after I test on Friday, but I am still not going to like it. Congrats to you!
