I barely ever use metrics. Anyone know a good place to study up or what types of questions it may have? Im guessing its mostly conversions. Where do you use metrics the most in your job.
I just took a nursing practice test and it looks like most of my errors were in the fractions area. I cant remember the right way to subtract or multiply. I also missed calculating volume. But to my surprise I did get 40 out of 50 right with no studying at all. Ugh.......HS was so long ago and I was a horrible unattentive student, .....wish I would have tried in school.

A book that helped me with my calculations is Calculate with Confidence by Deborah C. Gray Morris. It comes with a practice cd, and you can order it from Amazon or any website that sells books. Also, do a search on here for "Daytonite calculations" or Daytonite dosage calculations. You'll find many threads in which Daytonite helped someone with calculations, and she is an awesome resource! Hope this helps.
