Hello Nurses,
I need all the TEAS advice I can get before taking it in the next few months.
How long did you study before sitting for the exam?
Is it like the SAT/ACT all over again?
Any advice for the day of the exam?
Did you think it was hard?
Should I complete both A&P courses before taking it?
Any additional advice that may not have a question is welcome!

I found out I got a new job that would allow me to attend school two days before I took the TEAS. I worked both of those days and studied maybe 3 hours total. It's certainly not the SAT's. I'm horrible at math and scored 90% on the math portion. Get the ATI study guide and go over the science portion. Everything on the test was in the book and that portion of the book was maybe 25 pages long. Read and study all bold text. Take the test in the book (Both A & B) and study what you missed. You will do great! I scored an 84% with two days to prep. It's not as hard as everyone is making it out to be.

How long did you study before sitting for the exam? Not much honestly. I did the practice tests and reviewed a bit.
Is it like the SAT/ACT all over again? I don't remember - I'm an old lady.
Any advice for the day of the exam? Don't study the night before, eat breakfast.
Did you think it was hard? No, I didn't.
Should I complete both A&P courses before taking it? Yep.

I literally did zero studying for the TEAS. But, my school didn't put much emphasis on it so that's why I pretty much blew it off.
