I admire your enthusiasm but you need to understand that admission to a nursing program is a lengthy process. A lot of this is due to the fact that each school has so many applications for each open slot, and it just takes time to ensure that each person is given due consideration. Nursing school is very challenging, and it is important to pick the right candidates that have the best chance of actually completing the program.
I would strongly advise you to choose a program that is based on 'college hours' rather than a 'clock hour' (non credit) program. Both types of programs are acceptable for LVN NCLEX, but if you choose to continue your education later on to get an RN degree - or even enter into another field all together, you will want your previous coursework to 'count' as transfer credit towards that degree. This will not happen in a clock hour program.
Be very cautious about choosing to attend a commercial school like Galen rather than a not-for-profit traditional school. You would end up paying a huge amount of money for a program that could be obtained at a fraction of the cost at a much better regarded school.
San Antonio has well-established LVN programs - check them out on this site. http://www.nursing-school-degrees.com/States/texas-lvn.html

for txbon approved lvn programs, check the list provided by the bon - http://www.bon.state.tx.us/nursingeducation/edudocs/vnschools.pdf
find those that meet your geographical needs and contact accordingly for program requirements, costs, etc (email addresses listed with contact information for each program.)
i'm not sure how far you're willing to drive, but victoria college gonzales campus had open spots for fall 2010 as of about a week and a half ago. it is possible that spots still remain, but you will have to act fast on filling program requirements (immunizations, testing, cpr cert, etc)... you can find more information about the program at nursing - vocationalthe victoria college
even in the most ideal situation, though, the process of applying to and getting accepted into any nursing program is usually started months before the semester begins. i began my process in february and i believe it was may or june before i had my acceptance letter in hand. if you cannot make it happen for fall, don't lose hope... just accept that anything worth having is worth waiting (and working) for.
