my friend is trying to get her cna license but she is araid she wont be able to because she moved here from virginia. back in virginia she committed a felony of credit card theft of 1 count and a misdemeanor of the same . both charges were the same incident and same card but it was with her mother. now does minnesota check other states for felonys to get licensed or is it just minnesota they check. please help me find the answer.
