I need some help finding a topic for a project?

Help...I am completely blank... i need some help finding a research topic that i can present and one that has good sources...and stuff to write for apaper.

I am trying to find a topic where i can research NEW findings or breakthrough in the care/management of a patients condition or disease entity?

Thanks for any response provided.

    There are many subject areas, it depends on what you are trying to do for the project here are some ideas.

    Does male circumsion reduces the risks of HIV infection in men. (yes)

    Drug A versus Drug B in a certain type of patients-- I have done the superiority of 2 drugs in treating CHF.(there was no differece)

    Is closing a wound with glue (sterile) as effective as using sutures? (no difference in quality of scar, glue much quicker)

    Which is better tap water or normal saline as a wound cleanser? (no difference)

    Does cooling a body during an MI prevent neuro defecits? (yes)

    Do nebulizers versus MDIs decrease asthma exacerbations? (no difference)

    Cochrane Database is a great search site.
