Hello everyone! Moderators: I'm not sure if this category is the correct one for my thread. Thank you in advance for directing it to the correct place if I'm mistaken.
I am an RN currently residing in Ohio. I have received an employment contract for what I anticipate to be a unique and exciting opportunity, however, there are areas of the contract that I am concerned about. One of the clauses of the contract is that I may modify the Agreement "with or without legal counsel". However, I'm leaning in the direction of hiring legal help before I make changes. Or even if I don't hire legal help, I might just need advice on certain areas. I just feel a little bit lost.
If anyone can either recommend someone who might be of service in this situation, or otherwise provide me helpful perspective on the matter, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time!

Hi!
We cannot give legal advice as per the Terms of Service. You meed to seek the advice of an attorney. I wish you the best.

if you contact your local bar association, they should be able to provide you the names of lawyers who are competent & specialize in that area.
