I am looking for an LPN to BSN program in Utah. I am unsure of which schools are offering this and any information or advice is greatly appreciated. Also, my A & P is over 10 years old and is there a school that will let you test out or let you get by without taking it over?

I believe DATC-Weber State has an LPN-BSN program. Unsure about the A&P expiration date.

DATC has an LPN-RN bridge program through Weber. Once you graduate you can apply for Weber's RN-BSN program.
You could always contact Weber's nursing program and ask them. I'm not sure of any programs that are specifically LPN-BSN.
Weber, SLCC, and a couple others have LPN-RN.
UofU, SLCC, Dixie, Westminster and many others have RN-BSN.
