I just took the NCLEX today and it stopped at 75!!!!! I've heard so many good things about it stopping so soon! But I did the pvt four hours after with a card with insufficient funds and it said unable to process my card :'( I am literally about to have a panic attack!!! It worked for my friend who did it literally as son as she walked out of her exam and got a good pop up and passed! I don't know what to do! Am I that stupid that the computer had to shut off that early!? Did this happen to anyone else and passed???

wait 24hrs and do it again
Has this happened to you or someone else you knew? Where they checked soon after and got bad pop up then waited 24 hours and got good pop up??? I really wish I never checked. I'm freaking out so bad!!!!

There have been reports of this happening both getting "good" and "bad" pop up by being too impatient to wait the 24 hours for the quality control check of the test. An "inaccurate" trick result is most common in two cases: not waiting 24 hours, or trying multiple times in the first 24-36 hours where the system decides if you are going to offer to pay $200 every 10 minutes we shall take it!
Step away from the computer. Do something nice for you. If you live in a participating state wait for quick results at the 48 hour mark. You can check your board of nursing online license verification after 24-48 hours to see if your status is updated at no charge. Don't keep offering $200 to Pearson. It's most inaccurate in the first 24 hours post test as the exam quality control/quality assurance assessment occurs.
Some states post license information before even quick results are passed.
Regardless of pass or fail (and people both pass and fail at 75 questions and any number of questions between 75-265) there is not a single thing you can do to change your results at this point.
Take a walk. Get a mani/pedi. Read a book. Go out to eat. Get a massage. Take a drive. Play with your children. Whatever works for you to destress and pass the time.
Okay wow thank you so much! I hope I just checked too soon. I'll keep praying and just trying to keep my mind off of it. Thank u.
Do you know how I would do the online license verification for NY? Is that the same thing as just looking up my name on their site to see if it comes up showing I'm licensed? Because that I've been doing all day.
You need to wait at least 24 hours. But yes whatever is the online license verification for NY. Step away from the computer. You are only going to make yourself crazy. Go back after 24 hours. NY generally is 24-48 hours for US applicants

HI there, I definitely wish you the best and I hope you passed! NY (at least this week) is processing at about 5-7 business days post test. I only know this because I spoke with someone there this morning. So I think your best bet is going to be waiting for the quick results, because the NYS online system isn't likely to show a license before quick results. Believe me, I know it's really difficult!! I was definitely on edge my entire weekend waiting. I don't think you can make anything out of the message you saw (either good or bad). That said, I have heard of people getting a bad pop and/or being charged and then passing (and sadly forfeiting their $200). So at least you didn't lose $200 and certainly I would not assume a fail until you get your results !
Thank you all so much. You have all given me a tiny bit of hopeí ½í¸Š Thank you and will hope for the best tomorrow.
