congrats to you!!!! i know you are psyched! I started in August of this year and i can't believe how fast time has went by! just like the others said, study and don't get behind. it may seem overwhelming at first, but in my opinion, once you get past CORE, anatomy, fundamentals, and pharmacology, you have gotten the worst out of the way. i got a "B" in the first 3 classes, and now i'm in pharm and have a 77 so far average after 2 tests out of 8. don't give up and stay focused. i cried for the first time last week, because i felt as though i failed a test and was already thinking about how i didn't know what to do with my life if nursing school didn't work. i ended up passing the test, but it's pressure because i don't know if other schools are like this, but you have to make a 77 to pass each tests and you can't score less than a 77 on no more than 3 of the 8 tests for pharmacology. i didn't study for the first one, and got a 72, so i was freaking out that i possibly didn't pass the 2nd and still had 6 more to go. there's no faking it with pharm. you will do great though if you stay focused and make your mind up that you will finish nursing school on your first try!!! hope to keep in touch with you and find out how your first day went:)

Hello,
I just received my acceptance letter to the LPN program. I start in January.
I am sooo happy. I look forward to any advice or words of wisdom from all of you experienced LPN's and LPN students.
