Now what do i do? lol. Do i have to wait til my certificate comes before i can apply or can i just start applying for jobs?

Ohh ok! thanks you guys! well i don't think my resume looks that bad.. lol. I've only had one caregiving job but i stuck with it for almost 4 years. and i have my teachers as my references. I just don't know if it'll be enough but i have a lot of connections though.

Thank you! I was considering it but from what people have told me they look for 1 year experience in a LTC facility first.
