What should I expect? I've never interviewed for a CNA position before... What kinds of questions do they ask? HELP!

They will ask for you to explain how you have delt with a difficult family member or patient. What have you done to go above and beyond for your job? Are you reliable? Explain your typical work day/habits. What are your long term goals, example you want to become a nurse or doctor?
I have no experience other than my clinicals..... I've somewhat dealt with difficult patients but, normally, when something happened, the Aid would step in and take care of the situation.

Did you pay attention as to HOW the situation was dealt with by the CNA?

Good luck! Hope you get it!
I did pay attention...
Thank you everyone!
I went to the interview and she really didn't ask me very many questions, just asked if I had any. I felt it went pretty well but it was my first CNA interview, so I'm not sure what the "norm" is. She said we would be in touch and gave me her business card (I did follow up with a thank you letter...). I plan on calling but I'm not sure how soon I should call if I don't hear back from her.
Hope you get the job. I'd maybe give them till next week Wed. or Thur. Then i'd call her and see if you can get an answer. Good Luck and fingers crossed
Thanks, I really hope I get this one! Its #1 on my list!
