I love biology. I love A&P. I HATE chemistry. There is only one chapter of chemistry material, but I am having the hardest time with it. Ugh!!
Sorry...I just needed to vent.
I despise Chemistry as well. Passing it is all that stands in my way of being accepted into nursing school. I have a 4.0 and have made A's in every class since I started back to school (11 years after graduating high school) and I am very worried. I have a tutor I meet with twice a week and that helps, but when it comes to taking the tests it seems my lecture instructor must be on drugs when she made it out.
I feel you on this... I'm taking Gen Chem with the Lab right now and it's killing me... I get the concepts and the point of it, but its all the mathematical/equation crap that comes with it. On the other hand, I'm also taking Micro and it's absolutely amazing and a breath of fresh air. Glad to hear everyone is enjoying A & P as well!
i'm glad someone else hates it too. i don't ever hear anyone complain about chem. it's always micro or a&p. the good news is only a basic knowledge is needed for nursing. please don't make my mistake. don't be afraid to get a personal tutor and demand help from your professor. mine blew me off and i just wasn't persistent.
